I love this stroller! It is sturdy with lots of storage underneath. It turns beautifully. I love how easy pushing the stroller is, despite the weight difference between my 5 month old and 3 year old. I bought this without seeing it in person, but I was not disappointed. The only cons to this stroller are that it is quite heavy, and there is no parent cupholder. Even though it is heavy, it folds up nicely and is not bulky or awkward to carry. I had originally purchased the Baby Trend Sit and Stand Double, but that thing was awful to push, turn, and fold. My 3 year old can get out of this just as easily as the Sit and Stand, but he also has the option to recline and get comfy, too! This stroller is well made and comfortable, unlike most double strollers in a similar price range. I am really happy with my purchase.

This stroller will fit through a standard door frame fairly easy, and best of all it fits in a compact car with no problems. I can fit it in my compact car and still have room for a buggie full of groceries! I dont like how the canopy doesnt cover the babies enough, especially when reclined back in the chairs. But its workable for the price I bought it at.

We have twins that are 1� years old, and they really like the stroller. So do we, but there is one caveat, see below.
The GOOD parts: they sit well, the belts are easy to operate and buckle, it has some space below where you can keep stuff, it is easy to open and close, it feels solid (and is heavy), the handles are nice, the breaks work well, it drives well/smooth, and despite me being 6 ft tall, I can walk normally and reach the handles and not hit my feet on the frame. There is no cupholder, but I don't really miss it. And importantly the twins love the stroller, and attempt to climb it themselves, and are excited to go for a walk.
The LESS GOOD parts: While they SIT really well, they don't lie comfortably - their heads touch the top when they lie down (they are 90 cm = 36 inches) and if they grow more they will have to turn their heads sideways to fit. There is a mismatch: the description says "each child can be up to 50 pounds each" and the fact that they cannot recline if taller than 40 inches - unless of cause your twins are very overweight they are likely to reach 40 inches way before they reach 50 pounds. The piece of nylon they hit their heads on can be cut off with a pair of scissors, and really serves no purpose, so it seems silly to have to do this (I think it is meant for protection against wind). So far it has not been a big deal for us, we haven't used the reclining much so far, but on our other stroller we found it useful to have this feature. I would stress that they SIT really well, but if you recline more than 1/3 of the way, they will hit the "roof". The shades are not really usefull, and we have left them at home - they are too small to be of any use against sun or rain.
So if it is really important for you to be able to recline for the twins to sleep, you should look at it before buying. Or be prepared to get your scissors out sooner that you would like. Nevertheless, I would recommend the stroller - it is definately high quality and is built to last.
