I was very skeptical at first about a seat mounted to the handlebar stem... but it works very well! Our baby does not mind the movement of the steering wheel. I was also surprised that there is very little affect on the handling of the bike, and I was comfortable (that i was a safe rider with it for baby's sake!) after only a few minutes. A huge benefit of the ibert is being able to interact with your child while you ride. Love being able to talk to my 10 month son and have him look at me... and he likes to play with my gloves (or any thing else) on the handlebars. In fact, we have ordered a second mount from ibert for my wife to use... I am confident she will be a safe pilot also.

I held back on 5 stars because there is a small affect (for me and i assume it would be the same for most...) on your pedaling technique if you are trying to train some while you ride your baby. I do have to bring my knees out a little at the top of their arc and that does not do well with higher levels of effort. But no problems at all with cruising! I Really like the seat and highly recommend it.

This bike seat is awesome! My kiddo loved riding in it. It was easy to install (and uninstall). He was able to use it until he was almost 3 years old.

i really like it ,its nice that my son can enjoy the sites from the front view .
i dont like the fact that is i little too straight up for his legs that he cant have them bent down a little and its not very optional in tolerance ,its a little cheap looking for the price ...i guess,but over all practical.
