Wow! I was so surprised to receive this item in 3 DAYS! I bought it for my granddaughter's 16th birthday and expected to have to put a picture of it in her card and it was in my mailbox! She was so excited! It's exactly as advertised by the seller and I'm extremely pleased! KUDOs !!

Not bad for my very first GPS device. Does everything I needed it to do and enjoy the fact that I can customize the voice to Snoop Dogg, Bugs Bunny, Homer Simpson, etc. However, the standard defaults are probably the best to understand but it's cool to show off to other passengers in the car.

Worked great out of the box and very intuitive. However, if you want to just see yourself as you drive without inputting a destination it takes a while to figure it out in the menu.

Night mode is very good for those who can't stand the bright display in the evenings. The 3.5 inch display is actually a good size and great for portability. The knob suction cup system is genius.

The speed in which it recalculates the directions when going off the planned route is faster than expected. In fact, it takes less than 10 seconds to triangulate satellite position when first powered on which I am pleasantly surprised about.

It's not the greatest GPS out there. Wish it had built traffic alerts and lane guidance but you can't have everything in a starter GPS. Overall I'm satisfied especially since they had a sale at Fry's and I'm finally getting my money's worth and then some.

The description says "...your TomTom EASE guides you door-to-door with turn-by-turn spoken instructions INCLUDING STREET NAMES." It does NOT speak street names. This is worded so carefully so as to cover their asses but it is deceptive.
